How do I purchase Premium duo for my two children?

You should be able to go to this page and subscribe to the Duo plan if it's available in your country:

However, with the Duo plan, one account signs up for the Duo plan, and then invites the other account to join their plan. So that means there is a total of 2 accounts on the Duo plan, and each member uses their own Spotify account to login. Unfortunately, you cannot have a third account be the Plan Manager.

It sounds like what you might be interested in is the Family Plan. The Family Plan would allow your Spotify account to be the Plan Manager once you subscribe to the Family Plan. Then you can invite the 2 other accounts that belong to your 2 children. You would also be able to enjoy Premium as well since you can have up to 6 accounts on the Family Plan.

The Family Plan also has a bonus feature available in select countries called Spotify Kids which is great if your children are 12 or younger.
