I subscribed to spotify premium family, all of the family members have Premium family, but I only have premium free, what do I have to do that I have Premium Family?

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts by following this troubleshooting. You might be logging into the wrong account.
If that doesn't do the trick, try reinstalling the app on your device to see if it helps.

I have the same problem, already deleted the app and re-installed, but still in the APP I only see the 7 days free premium account.
I only use one email account and when I'm logged in via the WEB browser I see my family account where I'm part off.
