How do I tell how much longer I have until I can join another duo plan? 1 year lockout

My Question or Issue

I was on a duo plan with my wife for years. Then my in-laws started a family subscription so we both joined that, but it only lasted for about two months before we had to switch back to our duo plan. I wasn't aware of the one-year lockout from changing plans so we haven't paid for premium since. How do I tell how much longer I have on the one-year lockout before I can join another plan? We don't want to pay for a duo again only to not be able to use it AGAIN.

In order to find out the exact date when you account will get unlocked, you can reach out to our support folks 🙂
