Is there any way to see the date you joined Spotify as a paid subscriber?

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you manage your subscriptions.

You can check your receipts page to see the history of your subscription and payments with dates and other relevant information. Be advised however that the payments will only go back two years, so if you've been on Premium longer than that, you won't see them all.
