How to activate my Spotify gift card

My Question or Issue

 I bought a $30 Spotify gift card and want to redeem it for premium. When I put in the code it says it’s invalid. How can I activate my card if the cashier did not activate it?

Here is the redeem link if this is what you follow and you get the invalid message then the card is already used or it's wrong. 

Check if the card is already activated in your account. If not then send a message to support with one of these methods.
