How to cancel Spotify

I am trying to cancel Spotify my account on phone says I am premium but when I log on to computer says I am free. Please help.  It was because I want to up grade to family but not sure now as this is proving too difficult

Welcome to the forums!

 

It sounds as if you have two accounts, one free and the other premium (looged in on your phone). 

 

Are you trying to be the owner of a family plan, or is someone wanting to add you to theirs?
