My Question or Issue

I bought spotify premium a while ago (4th of June to be exact) while the 3 months for 0,99 cents was being held. I had bought this and received my bill/receipt. But not the actual subscription. Now, I bought a subscription on another account. But I'm still getting billed for this subscription. How do I cancel this?

You can cancel your subscription on the account you're still being billed on following these steps.

Sorry voor de late reactie, maar het annuleren van dat abbonement is nu dus juist het probleem. Als spotify niet registreerd dat ik een abbonement heb gekocht, maar deze wel in rekening brengt, hoe moet ik deze dan annuleren? De site geeft niet aan dat ik een abbonement heb, maar brengt de kosten wel in rekening.
