How to give Premium to someone as a gift

1. How would I go about paying for and setting up a Spotify Premium account as a gift for someone?

2. If the billing is automatically recurring each month, is there a way that I can pay only for a certain number of months, rather than being on the hook for all of eternity?

If you'd like to gift a premium account of Spotify, you should get that person a Spotify Gift Card. They're are available at your local store.
