How to modifiy name, avatar and link Facebook Account with Family subscription

Hi all,

I have subscribed to a Family plan and added my afmily members.

They accepted the invite sent via email and created accounts with email Id, but they are neither abble to change their name (that appear in my settings with name of the family and not the name of the member), neither their avatar neither link their Facebook account.

Can someone help me?
