Hulu Plan With Spotify Not Working

I have spotify premium and have been using the student plan that come with hulu. I've been watching some shows on hulu for the past couple of weeks and now all of a sudden when I click "start watching" it keeps asking me to add a $5.99 subscription even though on my hulu account it says I have the plan with spotify. Any solutions?
