Hulu + Spotify Bundle stopped working

My Question or Issue

I was able to watch the Hulu from my Spotify account since I got it, last time I used it was a couple weeks ago, using the "start watching" link from the services tabs. However, the past couple days the link is not working, it is sending me to start my own subscription, which has never happened to me before. I have tried logging in serval times, refreshing, and trying different browsers but none of these have yielded different results.

My Hulu is suddenly saying that it is inactive even though the payment went through as usual and it was active days after the payment went through and the payment deadline isn’t for another 3 weeks.
