[Hulu] Spotify Family Plan with Hulu

when i try to change plans to the hulu + spotify it does work and it says to "contact support team" this isnt the first time this has happened

The response I got from the system is that Spotify members with Family plans arent eligible for the Hulu package offer.  Doesnt make sense to me.  APrime TV and Music dont have issues like this.  I hope Spotify sorts this out.

How do u get to the option to link hulu and spotify i cant find it and have been trying for the past hour

I only got there through a referral link embedded within and ebalst that
came out of Digital trends I think. Either way - no path from within the
account splash pages when I arrived it was only a seemingly separate
dedicated landing page with a variable it was linked to and served up a
rejection page.
