App pop up issue?

I open my Spotify app on my phone and the big red pop up shows up about my premium. Yet I paid my bill on the 27/3 (the money did come out of my account) and it shows up on my receipts. Is this just an issue with the app/have others had the same issue?

If your payment went through properly on the most recent renewal date of your subscription, then your Premium should be working properly. In this case, our best suggestion would be for you to reinstall the app on your device with these steps.
