Premium Payment

Premium Payment

  1. I had used a month of premium on the student plan and I thought I had been charged at the start of the month, but I got an email at the end of the month saying I didn't have enough money to pay for this month of premium. It said I needed to re-add my card and payment details which I did but it said it couldn't update. So I haven't been able to pay for last month's premium even though I now have the money and have tried to add my details, and it's another month now and I'm still using premium without paying for it which I don't want and it's illegal, but I can't cancel premium or pay for last month or this month. Please help, I really don't want any trouble, and I need to pay for last month premium as I don't know what will happen if I don't!! Tell me how I can cancel my premium or pay to keep using it, and how to pay for last month pleasee!

Hey @user-removed! Thanks for writing.

 

Don't worry. All Spotify payments take place right before the subscription starts, so we're confident that your payment for last month went through.

 

In this case, our best suggestion would be to cancel your current subscription here. This will clear any payment information currently registered on your account and you'll be able to resubscribe normally trough this page. If your payment date has already passed, your account will automatically be reverted to Free during this process.
