Hulu can't authorize my account

When I reactivated my account at the begging of the year I waited too long and it told me I would have to wait a month to Activate Hulu. So I waited and my account was finally in the loop of the student discount. I logged onto my Spotify account and read through the details and everything looked good. I went onto my Hulu app and logged in with my previous account and pushed reactive. But when I got to the step after logging in it didn’t acknowledge that I had a Spotify account, it was going to make me choose a Hulu plan. I just want to know how to fix this, and I have read countless comments on this site and I do not have the “activate Hulu” button on my account overview. It saids I have Hulu but it won’t log me in basically.

1. Login (to the Spotify website)
2. Head to this link.

You should then be able to do as you need!
