Hulu not working with student premium

I had Spotify Hulu for a while now but about a couple days ago, I logged in to my Hulu account (I haven't in a while) but the site takes me to the payment page. So I logged on the the Spotify to see if it got disconnected but it was fine I also tried going to Hulu on Spotify's web site still the same result, this also applies to Showtime it takes me the payment page.

You can try linking your accounts again here, preferably using an incognito or private window in your browser on a desktop device.

If that doesn't work, you can also check out the steps at Hulu's help center or get in touch with their support team to get help with your Hulu account.
