I Live Abroad and you took £9.99 from my account and cannot use it

I live in Japan after moving here from the UK. I use a Japanese Credit card to pay the monthly premium fee however the crecit card has blocked (in japan it happens a lot) so tried to change it to my UK international card in the meantime and you charged me in pounds and now cannot use it in Japan thinking I am in the UK. I tied to cancel the subscription but it now says I am locked in until 17th of auguts. Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. 

Do you have any trouble cancelling the subscription if you do the process using an incognito window?
