Spotify Premium fell off my account. Sprint billing still charging me.

My Question or Issue

 I have Spotify premuim that is billed through Sprint. I am still being charged from Sprint but it is not showing on my account with Spotify now. I am worried I also lost all of my saved playlists.

Hey @Hckmaz,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I don’t get receipts to my email. This account is the same account I have had for 5 years or more and I’m still being billed for service through Sprint.
