I accidentally subscribed to premium individual. I've premium family.

I accidentally subscribed to premium individual. I've premium family.

My premium family plan billing cycle was supposed to end tomorrow. I wanted to resubscribe to that but I accidentally subscribed to premium individual. I want to cancel that change and resubscribe to premium family. I'm the plan manager.

I am sorry to hear that. You should be able to switch to Premium Family again through your account page. If you’re unable to, please try following the same steps using a different browser or private window.

 

You’ll need to send invites to all members when you change plans back to Premium Family.
