I am no longer premium for no reason

I am no longer premium for no reason

My account has been a premium account for several months now. Today I noticed that I can't play individual songs anymore. I have to shuffle it. My playlists are still visible but my account status says that it is a free account. What is the problem?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂
I'm not glad to hear that you are having trouble. May I ask you to confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? When you successfully upgrade to Spotify Premium, you receive a confirmation email. Please make sure, that when you are logging in to the account, you are using that username. If the a ten digit code please use the log in with Facebook tab. You can check
