I am paying for two accounts but only have 1

I pay for one account from my credit card that goes out every month at 16.99 and I also pay via paypal the same amount once a month. How do I get this to stop?

Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. If you have actually paid twice, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription.
