I am receiving e-mails in a wrong language

I am receiving e-mails in a wrong language

Hello, I am from Brazil and everything was fine until I receive an e-mail telling that I had a new login in Marrocos.

 

I changed my password, unlogged from all devices and all those e-mails are in a language that I don't speak, I think its french.

 

Besides that all, I am still receiving e-mails from Spotify telling me that somebody's trying to log into my account, and again, everything in french.

I couldnt find how to change this, I don't wanna keep receiving e-mails in a language I dont speak.

 

If you know how to resolve the problem, please help me

Thanks for reaching out!
It's a good thing you've changed your password and that you've logged out everywhere
For good measure, you could also update your email password as well.

And as for the language issue, we don't have access to your accounts from the Community but our support folks can assist with this. Reach out to them via this link 🙂
