I bought Spotify premium duo plant half an hour ago but according to the articles I can invite through spotify.com/in-en/account/duo but when I go to the page (cause I already can't find duo plan on the left side of the account page) it just keeps loading and nothing happens? (i had an individual plan before purchasing duo and it was supposed to end in 3 more days) what do I do now?

Have you tried using a different device / WiFi / Browser / Incognito webpage ?

I have the same issue.

 

And its appaling that Spotify doesn’t have a way to seek support from them directly nor was I able to find where I can post a question! And jpeg is not supported. It’s like they don’t care!

Some things you can try:

  • Open your account page in a incognito mode/ different browser.
  • Try using another network or device, like your phone.
  • Make sure Ad-blocker is switched off.
