I can not charge my credit card for payment

Hi. Cancel my premium subscription because they could not charge me for my card, I followed the instructions I found in the help section of the payment method of the spotify page but I can not subscribe to premium because it does not allow me to enter my card, I get it a message that an error has occurred and does not validate my card. Call my bank issuing the card and everything is with my card, I think it is a problem of the spotify page, can you help me? what I do??

I want to subscribe to premium but it does not recognize my card, it goes wrong, and I have tried with some cards and I do not have positive results, I do not want to lose my music, help please. Why is this happening ?? I want to pay and the card does not receive any card.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues updating your payment method, but no worries - I’ll be happy to help. 

Could you try entering your card details using another browser, or incognito mode? Also, please do check your internet connection.
