My Question or Issue

I wanted to upgrade my subscription to premium but every time I try to pay, it says there was a mistake in the payment. Even though I checked there’s money in the card it still won’t go through. Please help, I’ve tried in incognito mode too

Hope you're doing great!

 

Sorry to hear you're having issues paying for Premium at the moment.

Since you've tried incognito mode, could you try using another browser to see if that helps? If that doesn't work, could you try using another device if possible?

If none of those work, I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

 

There is also some specific subscription-related troubleshooting over at the Spotify Answers board to help out further.

Hi, thanks but It still won’t accept my payment I don’t know what is it. I
ve checked again and I have balance on my card. I’ve tried everything and
still won’t work idk what it is, please help.

In this case, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community. Also, please make sure that you double check the internet connection, and that the country of your payment method matches the country on the account.
