I can´t cancel premium subscription

Hello, I want to cancell my monthly premium subscription. I followed the instructions from the FAQ page and on my account the option to cancel my subscription doesn´t exist, just to upgrade my plan, and I want to cancel. I didn´t registered or pay through any other third party company, I did it directly with Spotify, I just want to cancel, why this has to be complicated?

Same just happened to me may aswell call bank and block further charges.

It's a good idea to restart your device, log out and log back in again to see if that makes a difference.

In case you get an error message, you can send us a screenshot of it. Just make sure that any sensitive info is hidden. We'll look into this further.
