My Question or Issue

i subscribed to three months of Premium for free, it ended on February, i tried canceling it but it didn't work, cause it shows that i'm not on Premium, i though because i didn't pay for the three months it stopped automatically. but for the past three months i have been getting charged. the account is still on Premium i want to cancel it but i cant, and there is no receipts showing

If you're unable to cancle your subscription because your account is on Free but you're still being charged, then it's likely that there is another account out there, which you might have forgotten about or which is registered to a family member or friend. 

 

We'd recommend to check out this page and follow the steps under Do you have more than one account? In case you can't access the Premium account, you'll also find a link there to get in touch with our support staff, who will help you track down the account.

Me ocurre lo mismo no se como solucionarlo es un bucle
