I can't get my free 30-day trial

I'm trying for 2 days to get this trial but it doesn't work . I think this problem about servers but every I try to get premium it doesn't work . I' am sure about my credit card informations plz help

Just to check, have you had Premium, or paid for Premium with that card, before? If so, this'll be why you can't sign up. 

If you've never had Premium before, then you'll need to reach out to the Support team over at:
