I can't join my partner's Duo plan

I can't join my partner's Duo plan

I have recently moved in with my partner, and am trying to migrate my Premium subscription from my old flatmate's Premium subscription to my partner's Premium subscription. He has sent me a link, but it tells me I can't join a new plan for 12 months as Spotify can't verify I live at the same address!

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend making sure the country setting on your account matches the one on the plan owner’s account.

 

If everything checks out, you can try some quick fixes like using an incognito tab, a different browser, switching networks, or trying on another device.

 

If none of that works, I’d recommend getting in touch with Spotify’s Customer Service so they can help you sort it out.
