I can't order the free 3 months spotify permium

Help I would like to order spotify premium but I can't because "I already used an offer". I think I got 7 days spotify premium for free but I didnt even wanted them. They just gave me the 7 days I had not chance to  decline it. 

And now I can't order the 3 months spotify for free 😞

In this case, it's best to reach out to Spotify's Support Team so that they can check what's preventing you from claiming that offer.

Keep in mind that Premium trial offers vary in length and availability depending on your country.

I tried signing up for the free 3-month trial just now. Says I've "already taken a trial" -- but I never have. I do not even have a single receipt in my receipts folder, so I would think that this would also prove I've never "taken" a free trial. Please help. How can I get the free Premium trial?

Can you confirm if you ever had Premium on a different account, or if you got charged from the same payment method as you're trying to use now on a different account, for an example, a family member?
