I can't pay for my premium

I have been trying to pay for my premium subscription for the last months and I have been receiving several general error messages.

I have tried multiple credit cards from different bank and also the Boleto Bancario (option here in Brazil), both don't work at all.

I have contacted my bank and they haven't seen any purchase attempt/error, so this is being blocked at Spotify and I can't figure out why!!!! What do you have to do?

Moreover, in a different issues but probable similar cause, I can't join the Family Premium Account that my brother is paying, even though I have been completing the same address as his!!!
