I can't subscribe to premium

I am trying to subscribe to the premium student plan and it keeps saying payment failed. How can I get this fixed without changing my payment method?

In this case, it's better to check your payment method fulfills the requirements needed. You can check all of them here. You can also give it a try from an incognito/private tab or a different device, as this sometimes helps.

Lastly, you can give it a try with a different payment method, if available.
