I can't turn on the shuffle function in the playlist

Good day! I can't turn on the shuffle function in the playlist. It says that this is a premium function. I have a premium subscription and the automatic playback of such content is disabled in the settings. When shuffling does manage to be turned on, it still starts playing similar content over time. Although I choose normal shuffling only in the playlist.

That seems odd! Could you let us know on which platforms it occurs? 
(e.g. Windows desktop, mobile Android, Web Player Chrome etc.)

What first comes to mind is that you may be logged into a different account or your Premium may have expired.
This can be easily confirmed if you click on your name and take a look at your app settings 🙂

If your settings do say Premium, then we're most likely dealing with an account or an app issue here.
If this is the case, let's remove you cached data first to see if that would make a difference.
After this, log out of the app and back in twice in a row to trigger a manual sync of your account settings.

If nothing helps and the issue persists, you may try going for a complete clean reinstall of the app as shown here.
