I can't upgrade to premium

I wanted to buy premium but i accidently canceled the payment when i supposed to enter a code and now it won't let me use my card to buy premium. I don't know how i got charged (i assume i got charged) even though i didn't recieve the code which is a must to finish the payment.

if the payment process was not finished you wont have been charged. especially if you dont have the premium features. What error do you get when you try?
