I bought a Groupon voucher for one year, but I can’t add it to the subscription checkout. What do I do?

If you received a gift card code, you can redeem it here. If that doesn’t work, can you try redeeming your gift card here using a different browser or private window?

If that doesn't help, try following all of the steps provided in this support article. Additionally, attach a screenshot of the error message you're seeing if the problem persists. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

Received a 12 month premium Spotify Groupon (Polares). However the redemption code provided is not working at Spotify.com/redeem and it expires tomorrow.

I’d first recommend double-checking that you followed the standard redemption steps outlined in this article on gift cards.

 

If everything looks correct there, you might want to try redeeming again using a different device, in an incognito window, or in a different browser—sometimes that clears up any weird glitches.

 

If it still doesn’t go through, your best bet is to reach out to Spotify Customer Support through the contact method listed here, and you may also want to check with Groupon Support to make sure the code is actually valid.
