I cancelled my Premium service prior to the 3 month deadline and am still getting charged

I cancelled my Premium service prior to the 3 month deadline and am still getting charged

I called to ask that my Premium account be closed prior to the 3 month trial.  It was not closed.  I contacted Spotify to complain.  They apologized and said they would refund the April dues.  I see now that those dues were not recinded and the May due were charged.  How in the heck do I cancel out of the Premium?  How do I get my refund?
