I cancelled my subscription, but it didn't gave my money back..

Hello!

So one day i wanted to play music, so i go in spotify and i saw that my premium has ended..

Then i went to my account and disabled, because i didn't want to pay anymore..

but next day i got charged, but i remember that i cancelled
