Ive been trying for several days to subscribe to premium via phone bill but it only gave errors or something is wrong.

If you've already checked to see that the payment method you're providing is indeed a valid and accepted one, please try running the process using an incognito web page.

 

Furthermore, this support page holds all the payment troubleshooting steps needed for each possible method.

Still didnt fix it i retried multiple times in incognito it still didnt work 😞
