My Question or Issue

when im trying the pay with mobile it says you arent able to pay with this does my acc flagged i changed my operator and trying to buy with mobile

Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your question.

 

When changing your payment method from one operator to another, you'll need to make sure that your old contract is over and that you've contacted your old mobile operator to make sure that your subscription with them is closed.

 

If you're not able to change to a new operator it's possible that your old subscription is still active and causing trouble.

 

If you're sure it's closed you can give it a try in a new browser and an incognito window.
