I cant send a invite to the family plan

I cant send a invite to the family plan

Country : Brazil

Plan : Family/Premium

 

 My Question or Issue

 Im trying to send an invitation to add a person (to the Family Premium plan ) but isnt working. The person lives in my adress. The Family/Premium was going well ( for 2 moths since we changed it to the family plan) but this moth it stop working only in this person account. I need help ASAP. Thanks

Hi Arthurr, 

 

Please try following these steps in order to send your invite: 

INVITE A MEMBER

  1. Go to your account page
  2. Click Premium for Family in the menu on the left.
  3. Select an Empty slot
  4. Click INVITE WITH LINK or enter the Spotify email address of the person you want to invite and click SEND INVITE.

A confirmation email will be sent when a new member is successfully added to the Premium for Family subscription. 

 

ACCEPT AN INVITE

To accept a Premium for Family invitation, open the link you received and click ACCEPT INVITATION

If you already have a Free or Spotify-created Premium account

  • You’ll be redirected to a new browser that contains a pre-filled token. Click REDEEM

If you do not have a Spotify account

  • You’ll be directed to create a Spotify Free account. 
  • After doing so, reopen the link you received and click ACCEPT INVITATION
  • You’ll be redirected to a new browser that contains a pre-filled token. Click REDEEM

If you have a pre-existing Premium account created through any other company other than Spotify

  • Contact the company your Premium account was created through and cancel your existing subscription.

Não creio que o problema esteja no envio do e-mail.

 

Às vezes as informações de endereço fornecidas não correspondem às que o Spotify tem nos arquivos, porque elas podem estar desatualizadas, incorretas ou incompletas.

 

A forma mais rápida de resolver isso é entrando em contato com a equipe do SpotifyAjuda diretamente pelo Facebook. Manda um inbox pra eles informando os endereços de e-mail cadastrados nas contas dos membros e do Administrador, que eles geralmente respondem logo!
