Thanks for reaching out. To invite members, go here. Does this work? Do you have access to the page? If you have successfully invited the members, but they cannot accept the invite, double check that they are inputing the address exactly as you have entered it on your end, any small difference can lead to the invite being rejected. Also of course make sure that all accounts have the same country configured. Each person can update their country if necessary. Full information on how Family works can be found here.
