My Question or Issue

I have one account that is not shared with anyone, but I do switch devices. Without fail I have to dismiss the "You should get Duo" and "Remove other people" message every time I switch from one device to another. It's annoying and I shouldn't have to do this, no two of my devices are ever playing at the same time.

Sorry to hear this. To clarify, those aren't ads that interrupt the users' listening experience as part of the Premium features. Those are product recommendations that only appear once when you open the app and can be dismissed immediately by tapping on Dismiss.

 

If you get this message again, I'd recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. I'll also make sure to pass your feedback on to the right folks.
