Hi, I have a problem. I clicked student premium and i didn't applied. So i tried twice entering credit card and got my money twice. So I paid twice without premium! I opened Support Ticket and may i get refund? I haven't even got premium now!

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
