My Question or Issue

The last week I payed for my premium duo subscription but I didn’t get it, I payed again today and again I didn’t get my premium duo subscription. I’ve been charged $15,98 but I don’t have the premium duo subscription.

Hi @_tomaszs, and welcome to the Community!

 

If you're not getting Premium features after paying, try logging out and back in. Make sure you're using the correct login details, as you might have signed up with a different account.

 

You can also check your payment status on your account page. If your payment is pending, it may not have gone through.
