I got confused and **bleep** up

I started a premium account in someone else's account without wanting, then I canceled the premium account and I was putting in my real account and lost the 3 months for 2 reais because it says that I already used this card and I canceled the premium account of another account in less than 1 hour of use

That's the expected behaviour of the system -- Each payment method can only be used once to claim such offer.
