I had family plan, but my payment method stopped working. Now, I'm "not eligible for family plan"...

I had family plan, but my payment method stopped working. Now, I'm "not eligible for family plan"...

I've had a family plan for years, with almost the full amount of accounts attached. There are people relying on me to pay for their plan. Why is it not letting me go back to the family plan?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing it... Just for information, how many times you've joined a family plan in a period of a year?

I may have had payment method issues within the last year. Is there a limit
on the number of times you can re-sign up per year?

Thanks for getting back to us.

 

Members of Premium Family or Duo plans are now limited to one switch of the plan per year. For plan managers like yourself however there isn't a limit to how many times they cancel and re-subscribe to the plan. 

 

Could you let us know if you're able to activate your Family subscription over an incognito browser or on a different device? If data stored in your browser is causing this, this is an simple way to avoid it.
