I happened to linke my bank account to the unknown Spotify account on my phone.

Lately, I have changed my plan to Spotify Premium. But I have just found that the Spotify account I use in my phone is not mine but the unknown. I have no idea how the account were logged in in my phone. I would like delete the payment method from that unknown account. But I could not do anything because I could not log in that unknown email. What should I do? Would it help if I change my debit card?

Then, reach out to Support using this "About Us" page and have them take a closer look at your account and payments.
