I'd first check if I'm not logged into an account that's on the free tier.
If this is the case but you are paying for Premium, check this FAQ article for tips on how to locate a secondary account.

In case your account shows Premium but you still get ads, could you tell us where they appear? Is it between songs or do they look like pop-ups?
