I have a problem with joining a subscription

Can someone help me? I had Spotify Duo subscription and wanted to change to Family, recieve the invitation but it appears "It ocurred an Error, try later" . I put the same address as the owner and everything but still not working.

Thanks for reaching out.

Are you currently the owner of a Premium Duo plan and would like to join someone's Premium Family plan? If so, you'll have to cancel your current Premium Duo subscription and wait for it to end 🙂

Once your account reverted to Free, you'll be able to accept the invite.
