I have premium when I alredy canceled it

I registered to the platform through the family plan on 07.09.2018, when I realized that I could not see my address or remember which one I had, I deleted the subscription the same day. The problem is that now it appears that my subscription ends on 07.10.2018, which means that they charged me a month ???. I still have the premium account when Ive alredy canceled the subscription and I do not want it anymore.

Please help.
